History

Sherwin Amazan’s path to Juvenile Dependency and zealous advocacy for his clients involved in the California Juvenile Dependency System first began as a court-appointed minor’s attorney working for the California Law Center in Monterey Park. As a young attorney, this time with minor client’s and juvenile cases was an invaluable introduction to the unique are of the law that is Juvenile Dependency.

Beyond this, Mr. Amazan has also worked as a court appointed parent’s attorney for the Los Angeles Dependency Lawyers and tried many complex juvenile cases in this capacity. To dovetail with this unique resume, Sherwin Amazan also worked as a senior associate attorney at one of the preeminent juvenile dependency law firms in the Southern California area.

All told, Sherwin Amazan has tried many, many juvenile cases in multiple jurisdictions throughout the Southern and Central California region, often with excellent results.
